R&D Background

Caking and discoloration of veterinary soluble powder products have long been a challenge for R&D personnel in veterinary drug enterprises. The raw materials (e.g., glucose, maltodextrin) are highly hygroscopic due to ambient temperature and humidity, making moisture content difficult to control, especially in summer, which directly impacts product quality. In the light of of the problems above, we  launched an anti-caking agent tailored to industry needs. It offers high efficacy at low dosage, effectively resolving the hygroscopic caking issue of veterinary soluble powders, improving product flowability and appearance, and is now widely adopted by most production enterprises.

The aqueous solution of this veterinary anti-caking agent is clear and neutral in pH, which does not affect the titer of the main active ingredient. Products manufactured with this agent exhibit:

 Mechanism

1. Reduces the adhesive force between product molecules.

2. Effectively blocks contact between main molecules and the migration of moisture to the surface.

Widely used as an anti-caking agent in veterinary soluble powders, vitamins, trace elements, premixes, feed, feed raw materials, and Chinese herbal extracts.

Usage and Dosage

Mix thoroughly at 1%~5%; special products can be added up to 10%.
